1. Start With a Gentle Cleanse

Begin by washing away the buildup of the week. Use a gentle, pH-balanced cleanser that suits your skin type. Focus on slow, circular motions to stimulate circulation and relax facial tension.

Tip: Use a warm damp cloth to remove your cleanser — it mimics a mini facial experience.

2. Exfoliate (But Kindly)

Exfoliation is the secret to smooth, glowing skin—but only when done with care. Opt for a gentle chemical exfoliant such as lactic acid or mandelic acid. This helps remove dead skin cells without disrupting your skin’s barrier.

Use no more than once a week to maintain a healthy glow without over-exfoliating.

3. Apply a Nourishing Face Mask

Now for the best part — the mask. This is where your skin gets to soak in targeted ingredients based on your current needs:

  • Dry or dehydrated? Choose a hydrating cream mask with hyaluronic acid or ceramides.
